Welcome to enne cucina italiana!

My name is Nicola Bellazzi. I was born in Piacenza, a little city south of Milan, Italy. Just like almost every Italian kid, I grew up watching and eating every thing that my mom or my grandmother would prepare in their own kitchen.  After three years of culinary school in Bergamo, Italy, I have built my cooking experience in Italy, Great Britain, Germany, Cruise ships and local restaurants in Southern California where I opened my own first restaurant in 1998.

I would like to introduce to you my menu which is a combination of classic Italian cuisine, some of my mom Lina’s recipes and dishes of my creation.  They all have two things in common, they are all made with the freshest ingredients that the daily markets have to off er and they are all made with an authentic Italian heart.
