PowerBnB House Rules – Guest Guidelines for a Comfortable StayTo ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight, and any additional visitors must be approved in advance. Please treat the apartment and all facilities with care—any damages or missing items will be charged accordingly. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments; designated outdoor areas may be used where permitted. Keep all shared spaces clean after use, including the kitchen, gym, and conference hall.
For your safety and security, always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment, and avoid sharing access details with unauthorized persons. Parties or events must be pre-approved, especially for use of the conference hall, which accommodates up to 30 guests. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Check-in and check-out times must be observed unless otherwise agreed. Management reserves the right to enforce these rules to maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
