We’re excited to host you and want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all guests and to maintain the property in excellent condition, the following rules apply and must be strictly observed:
1. By confirming a booking, all guests acknowledge and agree to comply with these house rules set forth by Exquisite Destination Dream LTD.
2. Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
3. Smoking, illegal substances, and firearms are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
4. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
5. Extended stays are subject to mandatory weekly light cleaning by designated staff.
6. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
7. The property is for residential use only and may not be used for commercial or business purposes.
8. Eating in bedrooms is prohibited to maintain cleanliness and prevent insect infestation.
9. Guests must turn off all lights and air conditioning units when leaving the room or property.
10. All areas of the property must be kept clean and in good order at all times to ensure the comfort and well-being of every guest.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, immediate cancellation of the stay, and/or reporting to the appropriate booking platform or relevant authorities. We truly appreciate your cooperation and hope you enjoy a wonderful, relaxing stay!
